I haven't tried their licorice @Bunniekins - is it sweet or salty type? Hard boiled or soft?
I have tried that brand's chocolate and a few different flavours of boiled lollies. 😊 the coffee ones and blackcurrant ones are staples in my work bag 😋.

@AlwaysMyself okay the harris farm liquorice is smooth melt in your mouth. not to sweet not too salty just right. it is worth a shot particularly the choc coated one.
but the sugarless one is good i think and being so low in sugar cant beat it imho.

I will give you a bit of a back story (hope I dont bore you too much) and tag others in case they are suffering too
@Shaz51 @AlwaysMyself @MissGremlin @Bunniekins
I had a slipped disc over 20 years ago in my back. It healed but flares up every so often. In the last few years since I became unwell (doing better though) my back has caused me grief. I moved and it flared up (understandably so) it has remained 'techy' for this time. About 6 months ago I developed what the doctors thought as problems with my ITB band on the side where the slip disc presented. I have tried physio, stretching, exercises but it wont get better, in fact the pain is not just down the side of my leg it has gone to my foot and I now have tingling in my foot. This is nerve problems from my back. The doctors dont have a clue really. Meds is about all they recommend and physio which is not helping and expensive. There is one form of exercise I really enjoy and that is walking but the pain in my leg and foot hurts sometimes so much after a walk that I cant walk for a few days. I dont sleep well with it either. After finding a new channel recently on Youtube the girl talked about her back issues and all the things she tried but had not success with. She heard about this and gave it a go. Her back became much more manageable (she still has some back pain sometimes). I have only started the book and they talk about how we are only treated for the pain that we are experiencing at that moment and not the cause and we all know that I feel now. They talk about re-aligning the body and working on that. As mentioned, I have only just started and I am looking forward to a bit more of an insight with this topic. As we all know, anyone that has to deal with mental health naturally becomes more sedentary so it becomes even more of a challenge for our bodies to cope with especially if you have existing issues.
Just trying to find some sort of solution to this ongoing problem I have
The therapy is called the Egoscue Method. They mention you can get assistance with this professionally or do it yourself with reading online material or books. This is the book that has a direct correlation to this method 🙂
