Thanks @Captain24 @Shaz51 . I am glad to be able to help support others, too. And I really have appreciated the opportunity to get to know you both more, as well a number of others I have had more in-depth conversations with over the past few months.

It's good to be able to "step up" a bit more when knowing that there is less support available (PSW/mods). A community effort, chipping in where capacity allows.

I noticed when I went to hospital and the surgeons realised there was something wrong with me that

it’s difficult for us for even our partners and acquaintances to watch over me once you’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with you.

to stay in bed 🛌 is exhausting. I feel like it’s a luxury. But I gotta stay in bed to rest. Old habits die hard.

im thinking of going to lords exercise tomorrow. To swim.

It makes me smile seeing you all champion and support one another (tbh this thread is just as much for me as it is for all of you 😂🤫).

So it makes me feel ; not my life my journey has had many glitches : I somehow decided to give myself self care and somehow : through sheer determination I paid for therapy for myself and my very young children.
and my story

and ……. Weirdly

it just fitted on my life. Then for my journey ; I need my ex husband in my life and I meet this person who I married who allows me for this to happen.
this is not accidental.
this is something I manifested. The manifestation from Dr James Doty neurologist.

when I hear somethings what my ex husbands life was like, before he met me, I uwalked into a world with ; before COVID I felt was very dangerous for my ex husband.
today when you write that,

I feel a very tiny nudge a relaxation of past memories. This is what support means for me and a new way of care.
not like:
several years ago, this is not for us to remember hospitalisation stories : family neglect;
