So, I have been yappin' away with my fellow peer support workers about how many amazing shifts, changes, and adaptations you have all been making throughout your mental health journeys, and we thought it would be wonderful to create a space where you can Celebrate Each Other's Wins! 🥳

This can look like acknowledging someone's courage when reaching out, a challenge they have overcome, a creative project they have completed, or even a thank you for the ways that they have supported you on the forums.

Essentially, if you see someone do something that makes you smile - share it! 🤩

Of course, you're more than welcome to let us know if you don't want to participate, as we understand that some people like to celebrate more privately. As always, this is a choose-your-own-adventure activity. ✨

Im glad you’ve already made some friends here which I hope has been helpful. I can understand feeling if the dark cloud. I’m not very well myself. I’m not sure what to be grateful for but I am grateful for the people here who provide love and care and understanding.
