So, I have been yappin' away with my fellow peer support workers about how many amazing shifts, changes, and adaptations you have all been making throughout your mental health journeys, and we thought it would be wonderful to create a space where you can Celebrate Each Other's Wins! 🥳

This can look like acknowledging someone's courage when reaching out, a challenge they have overcome, a creative project they have completed, or even a thank you for the ways that they have supported you on the forums.

Essentially, if you see someone do something that makes you smile - share it! 🤩

Of course, you're more than welcome to let us know if you don't want to participate, as we understand that some people like to celebrate more privately. As always, this is a choose-your-own-adventure activity. ✨

my win... is showing up... and being well enough included to have many moments of human connection in a workshop today. Lots of little chats or interactions where people knew my name and were friendly. When I first joined the forum, I had never had that experience, I was so used to being marginalised, on the edge and unseen. So thank you forum for hanging in there, while I tried to put my sense of online community into a community in real life.

I am still vulnerable, but I feel this is important to acknowledge.

Showing up is undoubtedly a win @Appleblossom. I am very proud of you. It must have been so soul-nourishing to feel close and connected throughout your workshop too.

Knowing that you could use your ability to connect in real life from experiencing connection here warms my heart so much. I shared this with some of my colleagues - I hope that's okay! We are all really proud of your growth. 🥹💛
