my win today is a nice soothing mix on spotfiy that is soothing me to sleep while i wait for meds to kick in 🙂

Sometimes all i can do at night is listen to music, but by the end of the playlist, i feel a bit better.

I also am so grateful for my GP appointment that I was offered tomorrow, as he is my main support person. Ive struggled to find trusted ppl for my mental health and im so lucky and happy to have him as my go-to.

Sorry to hear you are a screaming mess inside @Appleblossom but so brave to keep showing up. Also glad you are making some space for yourself on the weekend I hope that goes well

if I was you ide get replacements more often. We are all trauma survivors.

I feel a very weird realization how dependent I am on all of you but it’s not

a big dependent but more of an

un co dependent thing.
and I can depend that I plan myself here, on sane forums.
