You push your poor little body a bit hard.

You need to sit down and rest for a bit.

It is annoying @Oaktree , with kidney disease and osteoporosis, I can not do as much as I used too

Hubby and I did some furniture rearranging in the house yesterday, did not feel too bad until now

I am ok thanks Shaz. I just did way too much yesterday. I went from not walking at all to walking all day yesterday as well as carrying a bunch of stuff at the Royal Show. I was going to take my Nana trolley but thought I was only going to buy a Bertie Beetle bag. I ended up getting a couple of other bags as well as the Better Homes and Gardens bag which was quite heavy. Had to carry that quite a long way back to the gate.

I am on the other side of the country to you, but I think it's going to start raining here tomorrow too. It's going to rain all the way through to Tuesday. Have fun curtain shopping.
