Who wants to join me for a casual virtual cuppa and a chat? What has your highlight been today? For me it was my lunch. I went out to a Chinese restaurant today to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had honey chicken with chips (because I don't like rice). I hope to chat to you soon.

Hey @Oaktree,

Sorry to hear that your appointment didn't go as you'd hoped. It can be hard to meet a new doctor, let alone to have the session leaving you feeling so upset and like a blubbering mess. It's understandable to be upset and hurting by how you were treated, and we wonder if you have considered making a complaint/ giving feedback around your experience? It's okay if you don't want to do this, just something to consider.

What's your go-to cuppa? Mine is a hot choccy with some biscuits on the side ☕

My go to cuppa is a hot chocolate too. I don't drink tea and I don't drink coffee everyday. I do enjoy a cappacino sometimes though.

I had a capaccino this morning. I spent the day tromping around the showgrounds. Completely worn out now. Did so many steps. I am well ahead for One Foot Forward now despite not being able to walk much yesterday.

I enjoyed the show but it was so much walking. I mainly went for the fairy floss. We did a heap of the free things. We saw the dogs and cats and some of the axe throwing. We took sandwiches for lunch and I had some cans of pepsi max from home.
