Who wants to join me for a casual virtual cuppa and a chat? What has your highlight been today? For me it was my lunch. I went out to a Chinese restaurant today to celebrate a friend's birthday. I had honey chicken with chips (because I don't like rice). I hope to chat to you soon.

I was in bed half the day here @PeppyPatti worried have cellulitis again, foot playingup

going to have to get active and stop buying food aka yr Judge Judy plan ok someone asked her how come shes slim? a. no food in house, only eats out, so snacks impossible and intermittent f@sting by another name cos spreads gaps out.

Nightmare .....

I'm running downstairs with vacuum cleaner to finish this elderly man's dishes for his house inspection.

I think he needs a group of people to go into his unit and do a very big clean up.

His home is bad but he will not offer to pass a hat around to gather money to get him a clean up group.

His Grandson is the absolute love of his life. It's almost beautiful. Pity he has a potty mouth and his 10 year old grandson copies him

One Foot Forward is a fundraiser for The Black Dog Institute.

For mental health research. I have been walking in it every October for the last 6 years.

That's as long as it has been going. I am a founding member.
