@PeppyPatti Hello lovely how are you? How have you been? I was admitted into APARC last Thursday to try to improve my mental health. I’ve been settling in and wasn’t able to be online as I was really unwell and couldn’t manage it. I’ll be here for 2 weeks possibly more. I’m slightly slightly better than I was when I was admitted. It was definitely a good decision to come and I’ve started on new meds and once I’ve been on them for a bit I’ll start tapering off the old meds.

Thanks @AuntGlow, beach with my best buddy 🐶 was probably last nights highlight and oh I nearly forgot- we saw a huge rocket frog as we walked home! Normally I see ones a lot smaller so that was pretty cool!

I googled the plant you are repotting, I love the look of those plants!! I love the elephant ears too! Definitely would like something like that in a future garden of mine when I get my own place! How did the repotting go?

How are you going with the hand stand?

I did use to try headstands mum was heaps better as she does yoga and more flexible than me. But they were fun haven’t done them in ages now.
I know what you mean re threads and comments going a mile a minute, at first I’d be worried I’d miss something but now I take it in my stride and hope everyone knows it isn’t intentional if I do miss something, I’m always up for a re msg too ! Shiftwork and how my brain is wired in not a good combo for forum chats and keeping track lol

Def no pressure your end and glad you feel relaxed on the forums just going at the pace you’re comfortable with is key hey, wish life was like that too! 🙏💛
