Thank you so much. I was really tired when I got home, we had to leave at 4 in the morning from our place to catch the plane back to Australia shortly after. We bought a local jam that we tried on a tour with freshly baked damper bread, grilled over the fire. Got excited when we got it for a good price, but because we were so tired, we forgot to put it in our checked luggage and accidentally packed it in our carry-on. We got pulled over at security and they said we couldn’t bring it through. They said we could go back and check in the carry-on bag but to pay extra for a checked luggage would of cost more than the jam was worth. The man just threw it in the bin. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I mean even the man said that's a really good jam and I said, you should at least take it yourself, or give it someone, but nope, he just thew it away in the bin. Brand new, I would at least of been pleased to let someone else enjoy it with scones or something. What a waste! 😑

I went in there once when I was much much younger, and I remember feeling claustrophobic - I had to get out. Felt like I couldn't breathe! Might be different now.

I hope you feel better after the gym... movement can be so helpful - to ease some of the tension.

I wonder why you can't take jam in your cabin luggage? Was it the size of the bottle?

Every time I go to new zealand, I get fojoia sweets and dried kiwi dipped in dark chocolate 🙂
