That’s okay, I can’t recall seeing you around either, so I thought I’d say g’day, Nice to meet you too. 💛

You never know, though. I didn’t want to assume you didn’t have a coffee machine, for all I knew, you could’ve been a barista pro, and then I definitely wouldn’t have made a great first impression.

I ended up googling the affogato. It looked amazing and made me want one too. I was pretty sure it involved coffee, but once I saw the photos, I thought, yep, that’s a good one. How often do you get a Affogato? 😊

I just love this thread, it is such a happy idea. I have missed a lot here and just want to go back and read it from the beginning but I don’t think I will ever catch up. Thanks for creating it.

First impression was a success @SaltwaterSoul . 😂

I started off with a double shot of coffee once a week (a couple of months ago). Now I have four shots every time I get one and want one every day! Once an addict, always an addict, as the saying goes! 😉 I only drink de-caf at home because I was having too much caffeine each day.

Hannah is booked in for her PAT (public access test) on 27th Feb. If she passes, she will become a fully accredited Assistance Dog. Yes I agree she is ready, and I think will pass with flying colours. It's me who will struggle 😔.

I am sure Hannah is more than ready. Don’t stress I am sure that you will be fine too. I guess it’s natural for handlers to be nervous about this sort of thing. Just remember that Hannah will pick up on your vibes. She is smart and perceptive. Just take a few deep breaths. I will try and remember to ask about how you guys went at the end of the month. Maybe when I get home I will pop it in my diary.

My highlight was getting a heap of costume jewellery that was all tangled and messed up untangled. I found earrings I forgot I had!

It was quite rewarding.

Another 38 degree day for Monday and then a drastic drop to 28 on Tuesday and the rest of the week, yay!
