Not much for me this afternoon @Chasingsunsets My usual of listening to music and hanging on here. I'm grateful for both!

I've been going through some old poems from 30 years ago and although some are a little triggering, I'm mostly amazed how far I've come! I'm also amazed at how easily these poems came out in such a difficult time. I have nothing when I'm okay/ good. Isn't that weird. I've always been very honest, so I'm not surprised how raw they are. It's given me more understanding of who I am and why! It's a good thing!

the egos of others.
this is something my husband is struggling with.
but he’s not an actor or book writer. We both are the same as my ex husband : we all have no titles.
my poor ol’ husband has temper tantrums and I look blankly at him.
it’s his drama, he has no children around him : he hasn’t ever even been in a long term relationship without life brain bending psychological stuff.

but he does work it out. I’m supposing in about a month, he’ll come back crying. This is the outcome It’s because of the choices he made in his 20s-58 years old.
he doesn’t realise that his short term long term beliefs are very unhealthy. He doesn’t realise he needs to see a neurosurgeon or one of this healthwise neurology - something to see how healthy he is. I’m sure his brain altering substance abuse has affected him.

As for your ex... unfortunatelty, we can't make them see what they don't want to see. I really hope he gets the help he needs. The relationship you have with him is pretty extraordinary. You must have a HUGE heart... just too too kind.
