I am pretty much leaving the forums.

I just got 5 x 403 Forbidden pages just trying to answer your tag just now.

I just logged in today for the last tims to express my gratitude to @Shaz51 one final time. Then I saw @Cuddlebear post about there seeming to be no PSWs around, so I thought I'd try to keep them company for a little while until perhaps some more people came along.

@tyme has corrected my thoughts on times for PSWs, I didn't know, it's just been my experience (although I'm not usually on much in the day). Yes there have been some weather related deaths in NSW due to this current weather system.

@Chasingsunsets I have been in quite a bit of nature at my Dad's property recently, we are trying to get it ready to sell following his passing. It is completely off grid and since no one has been there the wildlife have become used to coming closer to house so I saw lots of wildlife. I have been on a couple of bushwalks around where I live, probably since I last chatted.

I hope you continue with your love of nature, I know that I will.

@Chasingsunsets How long does it take for tadpoles to become frogs? Do they live in a little frog society? You’re going to have so many 🙂 You are really doing well raising them!

@Till23 Oh wow! I’m glad it isn’t flooding but it sounds like a lot of rain. Must be a lot as your sport was cancelled too.

It’s good you got a sleep in you must have needed it. And you would have been soaked through by soubds if it just getting to the car and out of car.

Yes it’s warm in Melbourne and heating up even more during the week. It’s terrible weather for me as the heat really affects me.

@Anonymouse1000 , thanks for letting me know about Middy! Is Middy an assistance dog? Sounds like she has the temperament and intuition to be one!

@Chasingsunsets - Middy doesnt get as many walks as she should!! I've got to make that a priority as soon as I manage to get back on my feet.

@Till23 I didn’t realise just till now that you are leaving the forums. That’s really sad news you’ve been such an amazing person here and I am so lucky to have gotten to know you. I’m really going to miss you here. Thank you for all the support you’ve given. I’m really honestly sad to see you go my friend but I respect your decision.

Hey @Cuddlebear - I really love that username, it's one of the good ones, mine is quite boring really. I wasn't thinking about that at the time when I first joined since I had no idea!

You have managed so well with the tapering especially considering your concurrent physical health problems.

I wish I lived closer to you so I could come and visit in person because you deserve so much more than you seem to be getting, and I wish I could drive you to a GP that understood about antidepressant tapering.

Although everyone's response is different, for me once the tapering was finished, like the physical taking of tablets, there were still weeks of symptoms but then they disappeared completely, so I had no ongoing symptoms.

I feel a bit stuck in not a good place at the moment myself. It's just mainly the depression I think, some symptoms of anxiety and cPTSD, but mostly depressive symptoms. I have decided to leave the forums as I doubt my usefulness when I am this depressed. Also I don't want to bother people with my stuff. I can understand the worry of feeling stuck forever, I have felt that, I have been in terrible places before, including suicide attempts, but since I have recovered to be quite functional such that no one knew I had a MH issue (obviously I don't know what they thought of me, but when I mentioned to one or two people, they were surprised)

@tyme did suggest Mindspot to me yesterday and I have filled in their questionnaire and you can get a few weeks of a telephone counsellor or participate in some online stuff they send you. Which might be a form of speaking connection for you for a few weeks.

To tag a PSW it's just the @ and their name, of course they will only be able to respond when they are on, also you can generally tag moderator which will be any moderator who is on shift.
