@Chasingsunsets @DownMoreThanUp @REDLINEZ750 I arrived home not long ago, to find this visitor relaxing at the end of the driveway.

The laundry is directly opposite my cabin, and on occasions, I would go to walk in the laundry and there would be a kangaroo standing there staring at me. But once I move, they normally hop away.

@PeppyPatti I love nature too. Lucky I live near the beach and some nice park areas.

I don't like inside where I live, as it is too small and cluttered. So when my mind is cluttered and not thinking clearing, my house is also cluttered. But I get overwhelmed if I try to do anything about it. I am hoping since my partner has some time off over Christmas, he can help me sort some of the clutter out.

and then I go to bed. I think I’m like you.
my husband watches the cricket. How can I expect him to do anything when he’s as tired as me.
I’m beginning to see I live with no muscle development.

@PeppyPatti my bedroom has a cube ikea, I got from Marketplace. I know that I definitely have muscle loss because of all the time I spend in bed with my MDD & CPTSD. My leg, arms and back now shake when I need to use my muscles.

II have found a place that can measure how much muscle you have lost and where from, and then they set you up with an exercise program to start the strengthening process. But it's not cheap. I was supposed to start it on the 13th of Jan, but because of my gallbladder surgery, I can't start until I have to all clear from the doctor, hopefully on the 5th of Feb.

My partner works a full-time job that requires heavy lifting and then has to look after my needs when he arrives home. I can't cook, so he has to take care of that as well. I often feel like I am a burden to him, but he just tells me he loves me, and I am his rock, and he doesn't mind doing what he has to.

I have one of those @Mustang67 except I have not much knowledge on him quitting substance abuse 4 years ago.

yes, I feel bad too but also same same re partners.
not quite sure if we r moving if we aren’t I’ll put it down to 5 days of anxiety re doomsday scrolling as a learning experience.

I have to be organised or I forget @PeppyPatti . Been for my morning walk. On way back was a bit unpleasant as needed to pee badly - i have a weak bladder - didn’t even take off backpack before rushing to the loo. Checking emails before watering no rush it’s nice and cool this morning. My helper is coming Xmas eve. He will come early to clean house then we’ll have roast pork in the weber and a few drinks. I’ll be on my own Xmas day which is ok cause I’ll probably be tired.

My highlight has been chilling with Indi and yesterday I came across a show by accident, don’t watch tv really but do have it on for backround noise sometimes and this one caught my attention- Portrait artist of the year Australian (on abc), unfortunately the first episode I watched was the final 😂😂 but it was really good and I know a lot of you on here love art so thought I’d share 🙏

I watched the first episode of season 1 of portrait artist of the year the other day. I hadn’t seen it before but I really enjoyed it. My highlight today was getting in and out of the shops before it got crazy.
