Unfortunately we didn’t make it out to the swamp. I’m pretty disappointed about that but I’ll take myself out there one day this summer.

I’ve just burnt myself out. Today it has hit really hard. So I guess the highlight for me was actually getting the shopping done before I completely crashed and can’t do anything.

They were grateful. Dad wanted to do something to help with Christmas Day, mum suggested the dishes and dad was cool with that. I have a dishwasher! 😂

Yeah. She is coming back again. @Chasingsunsets Just not sure when. This time I’ll be more prepared mentally to have someone around 24/7 for a few days. I live on my own and don’t leave the house other than work and grocery shopping. At work we sit in a truck on our own so I don’t even talk to people then!

I really want to try and take decent photos of it to do it justice. If I go I will definitely take you with me.

I went to the supermarket at 7 in the morning so it wasn’t really that bad and went back up at 10:30 after my psych appointment and the three shops I went to weren’t popular ones so they were pretty quiet.

Im not doing anything. I physically can’t. Just moving sprinklers around and boil some pasta for dinner, the a how bath and bed. It’s all I’ve got! This has been building as I have put myself through torture so I knew it would hit, just a shame it’s not after Christmas!

I am glad it was good fun though, means you know what to expect for the next time to! But I hear you that when you don’t leave the house much and work on your own it would be taxing on the energy levels having someone around 24/7.

Oh yay! I’d love to come! Might have to take you with me to one of my swimming spots 😊, but it will be quite a while before I go out there.

Oh go you getting to the shops so early wish I could go that early 😊. Your evening sounds good, just chill and easy. I completely vibe with that.

Christmas came around pretty quickly didn’t it, still feel like I’m in June 😂 but I’m definitely better than last week. I am on night shifts over Christmas so I’ll more or so miss Christmas but that’s ok! I don’t have family here and a lot of my friends and their families are away. So all good, have a dinner on Boxing Day which will be nice 😊

Nah.. she lives in Sydney with her ex husband. I don’t want to get involved in that plus I despise the city. I can’t remember the last time I actually went there. I drive through a small part of it when I head down to see my psych in person or when I go to hospital but that’s it. The hospital is in a sleepy little place in the south coast. My psych is also based out of there. @Chasingsunsets

It was good and now I don’t have to face the town tomorrow! That’s a good thing and less pressure to deal with when I have food and stuff to prep. Plus clean down the kitchen and wash the floors. The less I have to do the better I will cope having people around Christmas Day.

It doesn’t seem to have come around quick. So quick that I forgot to make the Christmas cake until it was too late. Oh nightshifts are horrible! At least you will be busy instead of being alone. My work shuts for 48hours so I go back to work for nightshift on Boxing Day night for 3 nights. I’m glad you have stuff on on Boxing Day though. Something nice to look forward too.

I just have a baked lunch planned with my mum and dad. Roast beef, roast chicken, veggies and stuffed tomatoes. Lots of lollies and chocolates on the table though. Then for dinner it’s just cold meats and salads. One of dad’s sisters is coming and I’m not sure about one of his brothers. So it’ll be a big day of peopling but not many of them. Just so hard to put a mask on for soooo long!
