@Cuddlebear I'm glad you're in the recovery club. I speak to a SANE counsellor tomorrow and our group gets together next Thursday. I've only had one group meeting. Did you have the camera on or off in the group?

I'm really feeling for you as I know what it's like to have to change antidepressants and go off one completely before beginning another one. One of them (for me particularly) was very bad coming down. I had s****** ideation and was hospitalised. I'm sorry your suffering depression atm! It's not a good space to be in. I'm glad you're here, though!! ☺️ You've been tapering off for a while now. When do you start the new meds? You don't need to tell me anything. I won't take it personally! 💛

I love mornings and walks. @Chasingsunsets Definitely a morning person. Not walking far atm because my back aches. Had a good day today - a lazy day it was cold here today so didn’t garden. Had a snooze in the afternoon. Having a drink before getting dinner. Getting hungry.

Cool birds that you get! I saw a flock of galahs today! 2 were quietly sitting in the tree I whistled at them softly and one got curious bouncing his/hers head up and down and showing his/crest made me laugh. Such characters like cockatoos 😆

Yes I really love my walks!! Always likely the best part of my day! The other day with the red winged parrots and rainbow lorikeets was around the suburbs, sometime I pick to go to expensive areas to see some of the cool houses 😊, I wish for a house of my own one day. Nothing like the ones in the expensive suburbs but they are nice to look at!!

Today’s walk was a beach walk and so many birds!!

Hope you and your pup are ok re the storm you had! Have you been back to the wetlands recently? What kind of dog do you have? Is she allowed there? In one part of the wetlands we have dogs aren’t allowed - a real shame but I get that some dogs might chase the animals away.
How’s the med tapering been going? Thinking of you with that. Definitely rough but hope you are coming to the end or at least over half way 🙏

Oh yes @Till23 I agree with you would love the bird sounds over the traffic or other noises for sure. Yesterday a fresh water creek near the beach, so many frogs calling! It was awesome, they weren’t green tree frogs but a couple of other natives. So cool.

@Chasingsunsets I'm glad you got out this morning! I'm sure Indi loved it as well! I used to walk Mannie in the morning (I'd have to set an alarm) as it got too hot for him throughout the day and I was usually wrecked before sunset. I wouldn't walk him of a night as he wouldn't have been much protection (silky terrier x chihuahua). I suppose he could bite ankles! 😆 Thanks for the photo. You really do live in a beautiful place! You can keep the humidity, though. 🤗

@Chasingsunsets hey Chasingsunsets exhausting but good spent time at fav dress shop bought daughter a dress for christmas (was going to be for me but my daughter needs a bit of tlc so shes got it now lol!). had linner with eldest and daughter which was really nice and napped for 1 hour. spoke to by best girl friend we talk every day and tried to stay cool!

Oh @Bunniekins It sounds like you've had a lovely and busy day! How long did you have your support worker for? Did your daughter love the dress? How wonderful to have dinner with two of your children and speak to your bestie. Does she/ he live nearby? Are any of your kids living at home? 💛

@heartathome hey hunny i had my support worker for 3 hours she is just wonderful. she helped me prepare linner and sat and had a coffee with me. she is very kind and quirky. 😄 my daughter was embarrassed lol. she is getting there re fashion soon we will be taking her to our hairdresser to do something with her hair (long over due!) 😄 my bestie lives far away but we talk via video link and every day. my daughter lives at home with me and my other two living close by 🙂 xxx

@Chasingsunsets @rav3n Thanks friends it it was my wife who took it when we had a blood moon some years back. i was very unwell in bed at the time, to my utter frustration, missing the blood moon! While i had awaited that moment for months! My wife knew that so she took a few photos. This was the best one. i was truly impressed as well she did an excelent job captivating the moon in its full glory.
