Thank you for the wishes during my time off 🥰. I shall be travelling overseas, so I will be absent from here for a few weeks -- but fear not! It is just due to holiday. It will no doubt feel like I have been gone a long time when I get back online. I wonder how many tag notifications I'll have??? 🤣🤣

For those who also struggle with drinking water, I do find adding some cordial/flavour (in my case sugar-free ones) helps me a lot. I've also found that even though I dont generally like Tonic Water there are a few of the Fever Tree flavoured ones that I do like and quite enjoy (i just do not enjoy their price tag 🤣🤣).

Sorry to hear re: sisters @GezzaP and @Cuddlebear . It can be a hard thing when someone cuts ypu out of their life, but I hope the silver lining might be less stress overall? (Im assuming that there likely was a stressful element to the relationship that lead to it, which can include them perhaps being not understanding or disrespectful).

I have a reasonably good relationship with my sister, but I dont feel close to her. And I dont know how much I trust her emotionally - she can be quite harsh and non-understanding/non-compassionate regarding my MH and physically difficulties. I often feel that she is making masked comments about comparing how much she does on visits vs the fact I don't (can't) do it. I don't take it personally though - I know that is her hangup, not mine.

My sister is not very understanding and can be really horrible to me. She has an explosive temper too. @AlwaysMyself Sometimes I think I’m better off without contact but I do miss her. She can be nasty sometimes.

I know some German,but rarely use it. yeah I slept too much today,ust felt like it at the time.Catwas there, that helped

@GezzaP That's good that the psychologist appointment went well! Wow. Spanish GezzaP! Are you learning it for a reason? How long have you been learning for? That's a nice exchange of things. Succulents are great! Very hard to k*** them! I hope sleep comes easily tonight even though you cheated today. ☺️

I learnt Spanish to research my PhD on Cuban sports. I’ve been learning for about 35 years. I’m about 75 percent fluent @heartathome

My puss is bilingual but never answers me @TAB i was just too tired to stay awake. I’m hoping I sleep better tonight. I have been sleeping ok most nights this week. Will take a double dose of meds tonight. My psychiatrist allows me to do this every 2nd night.

yeah I only recently discovered morning walks, then haven’t been on them for a couple of months so it was nice to do one today!!
