The recent medication changes has calmed my brain down. I’m still feeling caged up, I know my psych is looking at more frequent therapy sessions if we can get more under ED plan. Once a month sessions aren’t enough. It just feels like the traumatic memories aren’t ending, I’ve been in therapy for years. It’s taking so long to heal. I just want to get to the point the body flashbacks aren’t so regular
@creative_writer wrote: @AuntGlow I am also having postural intolerances, it’s been worse since the dose increase. Still having lots of low energy and poor immune system. My face was in pain for like a month since viral. I think it’s almost getting there now, but a month is a long time to be sick.
I haven’t been doing much writing.
I hope you are doing okay today 💖
A month really is a long time to feel sick... 😔
That's okay, writing will come, I am sure of it.
How are things feeling today? 💖@creative_writer

@GezzaP I've switched to organic surface wipes. Plastic is awful, but it is so hard to get rid of completely. I hope you were able to snooze.
@AuntGlow I really need immune system support, don't really have the best gut health. I am feeling exhausted today, but sometimes you just need to take it moment by moment. I am in a constant state of burn out and can't seem to regulate my attention. How are you? 💖

@creative_writer I had a 15 minute snooze this afternoon. Now watching my tooty team play. I see you are struggling hope you improve. Good on you for being environmently good. Unfortunately it usually costs more. My cleaner sometimes uses vinegar and bicarb for cleaning. I try to encourage him to not use poison in the garden.

@GezzaP I hope you are enjoy the game. It does cost more, but sometimes you need to look at long term impacts. It’s better for the body. Yeah, poison in the garden doesn’t sound like a good idea.

Re: Feeling caged up
@creative_writer He uses poison on the weeds sometimes. I use boiling water. Works well and quickly. I will try to keep on top of the weeds now I have got rid of them. I can’t afford fox tv anymore. I have kayo so I can watch the AFL, but I miss not having women’s soccer any more. Anyway I should sit less and walk more. But I like to sit and read or just watch TV or do puzzles. I hope youvfeel better soon.

Re: Feeling caged up
@GezzaP weeds can be tricky. TV has become really expensive.
Nothing wrong with reading, watching TV and doing puzzles. Sometimes taking small breaks in between sitting can make a difference. Some walking is better than none.
I’m not sure how my body will heal, but I suppose it is a process

What are your current supports at the moment? I realised I haven't asked for a little while! @creative_writer
I am well. Although, I have been experiencing a lot of exhaustion and challenges with focus myself. So I hear you on that front, it can be so hard to keep up when you feel that way, can't it?
Have you made time for any little joys this weekend? 💖

@creative_writer I stand up and stretch every hour or so. Yes I’m up early again. It suits me - I’m a real morning person. Just checking emails and Facebook. Chilling. Hope you feel a bit better today.

Re: Feeling caged up
How are you today @creative_writer ? I’m fine. Slept an amazing 9 hours was stunned when I looked at the clock. I’ve been for 2 walks today. Had a bit of a headache this afternoon. My neck is achy. Been reading a gardening magazine after I did some puzzles. Did some Spanish practice. Also spoke to my psychiatrist - that went fine. We talked about my sleep, the novel I finished yesterday and permaculture gardening (I should have told her to get Bill Mollison’s book) as she was interested in it.

Re: Feeling caged up
@AuntGlow I have my psych, psychiatrist, dietician and GP. My GP does the referrals and general check ins. Psych and pdoc are the mental health supports. Dietician oversees my diet, she suggested some changes to stabilise my weight.
It can be hard to keep up with everything when exhausted. Hence I sort of disappeared from the forums yesterday. Way too overstimulated. Technology stimulates you even more.
I haven’t been up to much. I started my new exercise routine today, same stuff gets you bored over time. I also managed a shower.
@GezzaP 9 hours is great, I slept a bit more today too. I hope you get some pain relief, I’ve been migrainey myself. Sounds like a productive and positive appointment. I have my psych appointment tomorrow.
