The recent medication changes has calmed my brain down. I’m still feeling caged up, I know my psych is looking at more frequent therapy sessions if we can get more under ED plan. Once a month sessions aren’t enough. It just feels like the traumatic memories aren’t ending, I’ve been in therapy for years. It’s taking so long to heal. I just want to get to the point the body flashbacks aren’t so regular
@GezzaP glad to hear that the hypomania is settling. Sounds like Thursday is a busy day for you.
I don’t have anything exciting planned for the coming week. Didn’t get up to much today, had a Lifeline shift and exercised this morning. I’m about to cook some fish.

I hate fish but like shellfish. @creative_writer Yes Thursday will be horrible with all those tradies in the house. Hope they’re ok people. They’re usually ok. I am doing a lot of maintenance atm.

Re: Feeling caged up
@GezzaP I try to get some fish in for omega 3. I’ve contemplated whether I should take omega 3 supplements because some people find it helps with bipolar and ADHD.
I hope they turn out to be okay people. One of the tradies who came to our house opened a bar of soap without our permission, didn’t feel right. It’s not a significant thing, but manners matter. Being on time is also important.

Re: Feeling caged up
@creative_writer I sometimes take fish oil capsules. Yes I hate late tradies. Oh how rude opening soap without asking. My roller shutters were supposed to be installed last week but they stuffed up the gear they needed to install them hope they get it right this time. I’m getting annoyed.

Re: Feeling caged up
@GezzaP omega 3 is amazing for the brain, I probably get enough, but could get more omega 3 in my system. They usually recommend more for mental health.
Yeah it was incredibly rude, especially a soap I specially bought. I got goat milk soap and with was pricier than regular soap, and then I didn’t want to use it after it was opened. I don’t like when people are super late.
Sounds frustrating with the roller shutters.

Re: Feeling caged up
@creative_writer I’ve never had omega 3 recommended to me for my mental health. Yes very frustrating with roller shutters especially given I’ve already paid for them. Shame about the soap. I only have ordinary cheap soap and hand wash.
I had an hour long nap this afternoon. i’ll still sleep though. My program is on tonight hope I can stay awake to watch it.

Re: Feeling caged up
@GezzaP supplements don’t often get recommended unless you see a nutritionist or dietician.
I try to use more eco friendly soap, I’ve been able to find cheaper eco friendly soap, it’s not dirt cheap, but not bad when half price.
I hope you enjoy the program

Re: Feeling caged up
Oh yes ecofriendly is good @creative_writer . My main worry with watching my program is falling asleep.

Re: Feeling caged up
@GezzaP I’m trying to be more eco friendly. Lots of toxins floating around. Need to try to cut plastic use more.
I hope you are able to stay awake.

Re: Feeling caged up
@creative_writer I fell asleep almost at the end drat. I have an organic garden. Try to use organic cleaning stuff. Plastic is a real problem isn’t it. I use Tupperware. Yes I’m awake early as usual but slept for nearly 6 hours. Will try to snooze.
