Feeling caged up

Feeling caged up

The recent medication changes has calmed my brain down. I’m still feeling caged up, I know my psych is looking at more frequent therapy sessions if we can get more under ED plan. Once a month sessions aren’t enough. It just feels like the traumatic memories aren’t ending, I’ve been in therapy for years. It’s taking so long to heal. I just want to get to the point the body flashbacks aren’t so regular

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP might need to get my meds sorted, but don't have an appointment till the 25th. My psychiatrist is fully booked out. I have been placed on the cancellation list.

I hope your bipolar is well managed now. It sounds like today has been a good and productive day. Always good to get work sorted out early so you can relax a rest up.

@creative_writer I have been sleeping better so my bipolar is coming under control. Last night wasn’t so good but the previous 3 nights were good. Hoping to start sleeping well again from tonight. Yes a good productive day. Got some more seeds in the post today.

I really hope you can get in on a cancellation. I hope to hear soon from my psychiatrist - it’s been quite a while since I last spoke to her.

@GezzaP bipolar is tricky to stabilise. I hope you sleep better tonight. I’ve had countless moment where I stabilise to only destabilise afterwards. What kind of seeds did you get?

Psychiatrists can be hard to get into sometimes. I’ll see if I can get something that will work around my other commitments.

@creative_writer If I sleep I’m usually stable., but yes can be hard to stabilise. What I need is a week of decent sleep. Watermelon seeds.

Re: Feeling caged up

I’m good today. @creative_writer Got some seeds and 3 plants in the post. Watered plants straight away. Will plant some of the seeds tomorrow morning. Did some puzzles. Read a chair yoga book. Read my novel.

How about you? How are you doing?

@GezzaP my head has been spinning today, but my calm now.

It sounds like a productive day. Do you have much planned for the weekend?

Re: Feeling caged up

@creative_writer Glad you are calm. Nothing special for the weekend. Will walk up local shop and garden a bit in the morning and watch women’s footy in the afternoon.

@GezzaP I am not calm, but calmer. My sleep wasn't restful, my head feels heavy. I hope you are doing okay ❤️

Re: Feeling caged up

Well that’s something @creative_writer . Sorry to hear you didn’t sleep well.

I am fine. The hypomania is easing. My psychiatrist is ringing me Tuesday. I’m getting some painting done Thursday and some roller shutters installed also on Thursday. Busy with maintenance on the unit.
