Feeling caged up

Feeling caged up

The recent medication changes has calmed my brain down. I’m still feeling caged up, I know my psych is looking at more frequent therapy sessions if we can get more under ED plan. Once a month sessions aren’t enough. It just feels like the traumatic memories aren’t ending, I’ve been in therapy for years. It’s taking so long to heal. I just want to get to the point the body flashbacks aren’t so regular

@creative_writer Heading to bed. Think I’ll read for a little while or maybe I’ll just listen to BBC radio. See how I feel.

@GezzaP sometimes it is tricky to see friends more often as an adult, so many commitments.

I hope you sleep well tonight.

Hoping to sleep at least 6 hours tonight. @creative_writer Yes it’s harder to see friends when you’re an adult. Oh well mostly I like my own company. Ordered some more plant seeds this afternoon.

Trying to wind down now. But it’s warm. Might have to get a sheet out rathervthan my quilt.

@GezzaP how are you today?

Re: Feeling caged up

I’m very good @creative_writer even though I didn’t sleep to well. Had acupuncture and massage this morning so a headache in the afternoon, but I still pruned some plants. Some of the seeds I planted last week hace germinated. Hooray!
We had a little bit of rain so I put my indoor plants outside as the rainwater is good for them. Hoping we get some overnight rain.

Watching news. Hoping to sleep better tonight.

I have another painter coming to do a quote tomorrow and I’m picking up some plants in the afternoon.

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP glad to hear you’ve had a good day today. It sounds like a productive one. We had some rain in Melbourne today. I did take a walk later in the afternoon, it had cleared by then.

Re: Feeling caged up

Glad to hear you got out for a walk @creative_writer . Hope your day has been ok.

They’re forecasting rain, storms and possible hail for here tomorrow. Which is a bummer because I have to drive to pick up plants. Maybe it’ll clear up in the afternoon. Hope so.Want to drop in shops tomorrow too.

Re: Feeling caged up

@GezzaP it wasn’t my best day but it wasn’t my worst. Breaking free from clatter is hard. Intrusive thoughts keep coming.

I hope the weather holds up when you’re driving. Driving in heavy rain isn’t fun.
