@GezzaP a little at a time is a good approach. Doing some Spanish and then cooking lunch sounds good. Hope you can have a snooze after.

Morning @TAB, hoping the appointment goes well. It's hard not to overthink especially when i know how busy the city can be and how crappy the car parking is. You've got this though ☺️

Oh well at least it will
be cool in Adelaide @TAB . I’ve got a mammogram - they’re such fun not. My helper is going to drive me and do some work around the place. He’s coming twice this week he says but we shall see if he actually shows up as I told him I can’t afford to pay him more than twice a fortnight. I have told him we are going out for lunch so I can get out of the house. Will cook chicken kebabs and stir fry veggies for lunch and bacon and egg sandwich for dinner.
Hope your day is ok and that it is a bit cooler. Did you sleep?

Oh those biscuits ! @TAB . Strict no no for me with bipolar. I take sleep meds but they only last a few hours. Problem is getting back into sleep mode after wake up to go to loo. If I don’t have anxiety or mania I’m fine. But the financial mess has made me anxious. Proud of myself for driving to chemist it’s not far but didn’t feel like another walk.
Hope your specialist appt goes smoothly and that you can park. Glad to hear you slept well.

@TAB Sounds like youve got a good parking strategy for your appointment. It will save you some stress. Just cooking some beetroot waffles in the waffle iron. @GezzaP if I wakeup in the middle of the night to go to bathroom will move slowly in the dark not to rev up nervous system and keep eyes half shut. When I'm back in bed will do 4-7-8 breathwork to settle myself back to sleep. Learnt 4-7-8 from a sleep doctor. That is what he encourages people to do who wake in the middle of the night.

It must be so difficult doing those long distance trips to Adelaide on a frequent basis and getting the scheduling and timing right @TAB At least mercury is not retrograde but I bet there will be lots of people about with the silly season. I'm staying at home lol! 🎄
