@MissGremlin Thats good love, I realise how hard the battle is. My hospital room mate used to make my bed for me as all the meds sucked the life out of me. I dont know how much of it was the illness or the meds but I would stick to small achievable goals each day after that. Just one small goal can make you feel less defeated by mental illness.

@SmilingGecko yes the simplest of talks can feel impossible. Mental health really does suck the life out of you, but we do what we can taking things minute by minute if need be.

Walked up shop early, sorted through more of my financial mess and drove to chemist. Feeling lazy today at east it’s nice and cool.

Slowly getting through my financial mess. Can only do a little at a time. @MissGremlin . Might do some Spanish then cook lunch. Maybe a snooze after lunch.
