My CFS used to confine me to bed rest a lot and it can get really annoying @TAB I used to get so impatient with myself....Something just came up on my phone, some shorts on you tube from my favorite energy medicine channel. Just did some work on my aura which had a technique recommended after extended illness, felt better afterwards. Just expanding and contracting the aura membrane. I love these practices, they leave me feeling better after being so weary!

yeah, same @Meowmy re water.cooking some porkchops got half price.shouldnt eat all today, but had to be cooked today

Just having mince, mince and more mince @TAB My aura feels more intact after strengthening it and working with auric membranes, mingmen points and infinity landscapes. The eclipse goes for about 3 hours its a long eclipse @TAB Its visible where I am, although I don't think I will be looking at it, its meant to be inauspicious I think.
