OK @TAB I'm turning in for the night. Looking forward to my morning detox routine and energy practices. It gives me a reason to feel good about my day. You haven't mentioned whether you had hot/cold symptoms etc since yesterday. Sounds like it may have settled? Anyway have a good sleep. I hope we don't have insomnia tonight being a full moon + eclipse. If you don't you'll know why!

Very interesting @TAB. i think all the servants were locked in their area. Before the ship sent down. It feels a bit traumatising thinking of that.

Bed all day unless i need to spend time with lady who is all over the places because she drinks w'ater all the time before i discovered it was actually from 9 am.
