I was a bit ill day before yest and slept like 12 hours now cant sleep, its like 20 deg (been under 10 and thunderstorm so after scrolling for an hour after realising barely slept, I got up.. @Bunniekins

@TAB yeah might as well get up if you dont have anything to do today you could have a cat nap later maybe. sorry to hear you have been sick. you also were going to have some test recently i cant remember what it was but hoping it all went well for you.

they discovered a goitre on what's left of thyroid

have to have swallow scan as swallowing problem back again

@TAB oh TABs sorry to hear you are having these worries. really hope it turns out to be be manageable for you and that the doctors can get on top of it for you. ive figured that once you get into your 60s you are reaching a useby date lol! everything is harder but ive been told i dont look like im in my 60s just feel it lol. legs are still giving me grief but other than that am okay thanks. i am lucky as i have super caring kids who really help me get around etc. so cant complain 😄

yeah, not looking good here unless get ontop of things @Bunniekins legs looking a bit red, touch wood its not cellulitis again. Not good to be on antibioticsall the time

as I say, early 70s, seemed most people dead, no old folks homes maybe 2 people in town of 2000 over 80 . one used to be propped up on hosp verandah in big wicker chair staring dumbly at passersby pension not meant to have 30 year holiday buying drs new boats. was for last couple years and cya later lol

@TAB yeah my dad dead at 76 mum in 90s but can barely walk in constant pain. seeing her this week. dont want that for myself. at least she still has her marbles .
