Good to hear @Meowmy I ve been drinking water and OJ all day. Got some prawns. Made surf just no turf as got reduced pork chops near half price. Might get steak tomorrow. Got to look after myself re good food and lots fluid

Hope things are OK.
Been going to exercise physio, had bites for trainer job including interview 2 days ago. Still a couple more steps in process but so far so good. Hope things going okay for you
