Boiling water on a sunny day is the easiest way to weed @TAB . And it works so well. No poisons needed. It is especially good for weeding pavers and paths. I’ve run out of energy for gardening. Sitting down having a break before I cook another panacotta and jam in filo pastry. Going to watch wonen’s AFL after lunch and take it easy. Will probably doze as I only slept 3 1/2 hours last night. Atm I’m wide awake.

Will finish weeding tomorrow morning if it’s not raining. We are forecast to get a few rainy days starting tomorrow sometime. Today is sunny and 26 perfect.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

To be honest, @SmilingGecko, I don't feel great at the moment. I have had one, maybe two, instances where my judgement has proven to be incorrect. It has really upset me, and I am really beginning to doubt myself.

I have held one particular opinion for quite a while, but after discussing it with others, I have completely changed my mind and wonder why I made that judgement in the first place. Am I overthinking everything and assuming, as we all do, that I am correct? This has really thrown me.

I was just putting music on the radio and was going to scrub my kitchen floor and grouting in the hope of clearing my baffled brain, but I checked in here before signing off. I feel like I'm losing my perspective. I don't know how to get it back.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@Historylover thats no good, love. We only formulate judgements about things we allready know about. Please don't be harsh on yourself over it. No point condemning yourself, we are all human after all. The mind only thinks according to past data and information and can use this lens through which to perceive.

Theres lots of things we don't understand. The mind is relatively finite and the range of experience always extends beyond what we allready know. Maybe reframe it as a learning experience. Anyone who claims to know every thing is a fool. The more you know the more you don't know!

You will be ok. I've been wrong about things many times over, and I think if we were honest we would recognise that life goes beyond our perceptions and is more of a mystery to us than we are ready to admit.
