cats been away couple days @StuF plus got date for hearty procedure so will have to drop as much as poss else they will not be happy. they seem to think I can lose weight at will, if could would not have got close to what am now lol.anyhoo. worst can happen is they refuse to do it. only twilight anaesthetic anways

thanks @StuF .yeah threw half fridge out ,near whole roast ,stick of mettwurst,cheese, zooper doopers softdrink .. none of which I should be having anyways. giving myself a headache thinking about it. going to have a bourbon and coke zero lol.
