Good Morning @TAB Today is cookup day. Just baking a fritatta to use up leftover zucchini and carrots. I keep it cool in a container and eat for breakfast rotation or snacks. I dont eat eggs so use chickpea flour instead. Next got to use up beets and cook some beetroot waffles to freeze. I take them out of the freezer and reheat in the oven and have with honey and berries for breakfast.

Good Morning @TAB @GezzaP @ENKELI @PeppyPatti @Meowmy @StuF
Heading off to water the vegie patch out the back. Just bought some more seeds to sew in May for cool climate. Not much to choose from but will have garlic, rocket, basil and a few others. Forgot what they were. Feeling sluggish today for some reason. Used to use a biorhythm wheel which shows what kind of biocapacity you have at any given day. I read once that the UK postal service used biorhythm data to protect postmen from dog attacks. If biorhythms are low its more like to have a dog attack so the postal service would roster other people on during those days. Its also good for relationship compatibility by comparing two peoples biorhythms charts. May hop on the ZenChi machine to get the energy flowing, its great for sluggishness, it gets the chi flowing. Just checked my biorhythms they are low today so wont push myself until I have more energy in the coming days ahead.

I struggle to pay for cover @SmilingGecko , but keep it because I’m aging and need extras and hospital. It’s just gone up again by $15 a fortnight.
I like my psychiatrist she gives me appts mostly charged to medicare so I get a rebate..Bipolar gets worse as you age sadly.
I slept for nearly 8 hours last night and am ok this morning. Still a bit tired and slightly hypomanic. Went to bed about 9.30 and slept until 4.30. But much better.
Back ok. I did walk to the shops and chemist. My back hurt walking, but walking is good for my back. Did physio exercises.
I played the bipolar rife when I was in bed. Don’t know if it worked. Will see what acupuncture/natural therapy consultant says next week. Massage on Saturday morning.
Overcast here this morning maximum where I live 27. Perfect.
How goes your seeds did you water them?
We’re supposed to get 5 consecutive days of rain which the garden will love. 5-10mm. each day for 4 days. So you’ll get more in Melbourne I reckon which your seeds will lap up.

Health insurance is a rip off @TAB . And govt is contemplating dropping rebate for over 65 so it’ll be even more expensive. I’m 63. I have stuff that needs to be done asap. They said if cataracts not done would have license taken away. Initial consult next Tuesday $95 gap. The web site claims is no gap for surgery but we’ll see. Long public wait list for surgery and don’t want to lose license. Took over 4 years to get into
public dermatologist for mystery rash on my chest. Finally got an appt for that in August.
Need to defrost freezer. Have a good day Tabby.

@GezzaP Yes is a struggle with insurance. I have extras plus a dental plan but that is all. I cant afford insurance. My house is insured but that is it. That has skyrocked too. Been outside watering garden. The soil looks lovely. Will keep watering daily until seedlings appear. Not up to much today but cooler weather most welcome. I havent checked the forecast but weve been having warmer days than usual throughout autumn. I want to wear beautiful warm layers of thick clothing for the cooler months as this weather is quite weird for autumn

@TAB I'm having a quiet day as well. Just turned fritatta out of tin and its cooling. It came out nicely. On the phone to gutter cleaning company. I hope they can come out before the weekend to clean my roof gutters
