Finally got around to opening parcels I hadn’t opened. Puss cat health stuff, toothpaste for people with bad gums like me. Couldn’t get two boxes open bloody packaging I detest it.

Hoping large parcel is my new kitchen tool. I need it. No idea what the other parcel is can’t recall. I buy stuff when I’m manic then forget why I bought it. Have to sell unwanted stuff. Need to clean up junk including junk my helper has left

on dining room table. He’s a hoarder I’m convinced. He collects scrap metal and bottles and then stored them for ages. But I guess I can forgive him but wish he would register his ute and trailer and get rid of stuff he has left here.

He’s always picking up stuff for me that I don’t need or want. I’ve told him not to get stuff for me. He cannot afford it and I just don’t want it. It just accumulates and is a pain in the backside. He ignores what I say and doesn’t listen properly to what I say regarding garden. Guess I have to do it myself when the time comes to transform garden into lower maintenance mode.

Thanks @Meowmy . Feeling ok today. Need to get some ice and defrost my mini-freezer. But too tired today to drive and carry ice. Will ask helper to carry ice in for me Tuesday and do it then. A horrible job. Go to initial appt for cataract surgery next Tuesday. Helper claims will take me, but often lets me down at short notice. Thinking I’ll ask neighbour instead. Have a good day at work and afterwards.

Good on you for finding energy to cook @SmilingGecko . I’ve got leftovers - two different meals. Will eat comfort food today at lunch time, then do dishes that are accumulating.

Puss ate her breakfast and is off somewhere outside.
Thinking i’ll have a snooze today for 30 minutes or just chill out and watch something on my streaming service or on TV. Hate feeling so lazy. But need to rest. No bills in letter box so far, but postie has been coming late recently. Expecting credit card bill. I have it left from when I was working. Is handy to have it as back up funding.

Hardly smoking this morning which is good.

Need to do my Spanish lesson.

We are having a normal Autumn here @SmilingGecko . Weather perfect. Love autumn my favourite season. Power went off about 5am this morning my fuse box needed switch flicked. Don’t know if was just me or general or local area. They usually send a text message.

last time didnt have a frost free fridge/freezer @GezzaP defrosting took like20minstops then just put food back in, put containers of boiling water in there til can get underneath ice with spatula. it comes out pretty easy once corners have let go
