Yes you must’ve missed your walk @SmilingGecko . I need to call my credit union to check the email I got is legitimate. Trying really hard to pick myself up enough to go get takeaway. Feeling anxious. Had a bit of a rough patch with smokes after got email.

That Sugarless Confectionery company you mentioned is quite amazing @ENKELI I checked it out and prices are twice as much as DoubleD just as you said. But they look good. I dont know how much more pricey they would be at a chemist though compared to their official online store. I got my type 2 diabetes at 54yo as a result of my psych med. I was told to get a blood glucose monitor and its been really good for me to see where my blood sugars are during the day and to get my numbers under control. But I did read in a diabetes space people are divided over it including some health professionals just like you mentioned. I just like to know what is going on so I have more insight into how what I eat impacts my diabetes. Its given me an empowered approach to my health management but I do understand its obviously not for everyone. For me personally I prefer having the monitor but I obviously respect other peoples informed choices regarding this given doctors have told you not to proceed with investing in a monitor

Yes @StuF . I always find it hard to get on the phone, but it is worse when depressed and anxious.

The tablets work best for me @ENKELI . But can’t get anymore atm. Going to try cold turkey this time. Patches irritate my skin. Might try inhaler. Oh … so unsure. Unsettled today really struggling atm. Battling with depression and anxiety today.
