These young professionals can be really good but I can understand if it throws people off, b

I'm also seeing younger MI advocates out there on the internet in youtube spaces and they make me realise how big the age bracket is! I hope you can get your physio stuff sorted. I wouldnt mind the convenience of takeaway. I used to enjoy it but cant anymore. Its not a problem really, dont get me wrong I've grown accustomed to it now! lo

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP I had 2 friends with bipolar 1, it can be hard to manage at times it seems.

I have what's called Major Depressive Disorder, called Clinical Depression when I was diagnosed so I am on anti-depressants for that and then the anti psychotic for the bipolar 2. I have more depressive episodes than manic. although I usually have a manic phase at least once a year.

Are you going to quit cold turkey? I tried quitting several times and used patches, the stop smoking medication and cold turkey and none of them worked. Then I used the stop smoking medication again with a lot of prayers and was able to kick the habit within a month.

My ex used the inhaler and found that worked for him.

And my aunt had hypnotherapy. She said it was quite expensive, about $400 but as soon as she walked out of the session she never smoked again so definitely worth it.

Well done for not buying any more cigs, you've got this! And remember, if you do decide now is not the time to quit, that's okay too. Just don't beat yourself up if you slip. Smoking is hard to stop!
