Answering your question @GezzaP just having easy roast bok choy and broccol with sesame seeds. Throw vegies in baking pan for 10 minutes, remove from oven, plate it and sprinkle with sesame seeds coconut aminos, lemon juice and lemon zest. Simple! Couldnt think of what to do with leftover vegies in crisper so here I am baking them in a recipe that gets whipped up easily in a flash.

prob not likely unless you take them to court, maybe send lawyers letter @Meowmy doubtful get anything even if go to court. Thats terrible. Horrible person.

@Meowmy Verbal agreements (contracts) to pay money back are hard to prove in a court of law. Its a difficult thing to demonstrate because the original agreement may not be clear and its not in writing. Verbal agreements are very hazy. You could be spending a fair amount in legal costs to recoup costs and not get anywhere. I dont want that to deter you but read the article below. They now have a lending app I saw called "Credi" where you can lend money to people you know but they are legally bound to repay it to you. Here is some more info for you.
