@GezzaP I know theres nothing like worry that goes along with health scares. I'm in the same predicament. Its very sombre. But I will get out for a walk today. I've signed up to a free series of masterclasses with a doctor so am looking forward to that. You only have 7 minutes with your GP I like to get added empowering information that supports conventional practice. I got a full 10 hours sleep last night which was great. About to cook lunch soon ❤️

Oh @PeppyPatti lovely cats thanks. My puss is off somewhere outside. I have had 1 smoke since 8am. I am working up to another attempt at quitting. I sympathise with your husband. It is so hard to quit. But my health is suffering badly so I have to have another go. I am 63 and have been smoking for years.

@Meowmy I agree with @StuF it is farqued.
I want to believe that there is another reason for the monetary delay. But every time I give people the benefit of the doubt, it bites me on the #ss 🫤

Oh what’s on the lunch menu today @SmilingGecko ? I’m having trouble motivating myself to organise lunch. If I wasn’t so miserable I would take myself down to the local pub for lunch but as you know I tend to hide from the world when I’m down. There’s also bugger all people there at lunch time. Maybe tonight I’ll go to local Indian place and get a take away. It costs a bit but I get lots of meals out of it and I don’t mind eating the same thing. See how I feel later. I slept for at least 10 hours which is normal for me. Hope you enjoy your masterclass.

When I had depression I could not bring myself to do anything and everything seemed to conspire to make me feel worse @GezzaP That indian place seems like a good idea though, I know it costs money, I've been window shopping realising I cant afford anything either but the occasional takeout treat would not go astray for some self soothing and upliftment. We've just had an oil refinery fire in Geelong, the other side of Melbourne from me. They provided 50% of the fuel here. Its going to be hard on people. Its really awful. Prices are all going to go up. EV's anyone? lol
