Could be a busy day for you then @TAB . I still haven’t made it to the shower. It is still cold here and I can’t face it. Need to do my Spanish lessons. Would be good if you made it to physio.

I’ll be ok @SmilingGecko . Sometimes it is just one or two bad days. At least today is pay day for me and I actually have some money left over from last pay. Should do some Spanish. Thanks for your support it is appreciated.

I'm so glad I held onto my money but its going to be really tight this fortnight @GezzaP dont like the feeling. You say you will be ok which is good. Dont want you being alone in MI crisis. At least we both got paid today! I put my inheritance in a disability trust and virtually all the money is left in there through financial investments that pay for themselves. I can only use it for health and wellbeing purposes though. I am so glad I read up on disability trusts when I did. I dont know where I saw it. Maybe from my previous psychiatrist. But it was a good idea.

Yes I hate tight fortnights when I have a big bill @SmilingGecko so I sympathise with you. I have my super to fall back on. I have my regular pension plus quite a lot of extra money. May need to dip into the super I recently withdrew to help pay for cataract surgery when that needs doing. I hate aging. Have only had one smoke since 7.15 today. The smoking has really affected my health and it makes me angry at myself because it is self-inflicted and stupid. I feel like a failure for not being able to stop.
Oh well I’ll stop whinging. Managed to do some Spanish this morning. Still haven’t made it into the shower.

I can tell from your message that your brain is a bit foggy today @TAB . Hope you can catch some sleep and go to gym. Unfortunately there was a water bill in my letterbox big enough. I hate bills they just keep going up. I didn’t use my heating this morning cause of the cost. Sitting under oodie instead. It’s a bit warmer outside now. Sunny might go for a walk in the afternoon. Only had one smoke since 7.30 this morning. The smoking has effected my health so frustrated at my inability to have given them up ages ago when I stopped for 6 months. Hope you get some more sleep.

Oh bugger there was a water bill in the letter box @SmilingGecko . It is bigger than I’d like. I live in a strata block of units so I pay a percentage of the total bill which means if the other people in the strata use a lot of water I end up having to subsidise that. Is due in this coming fortnight so no time to build up some extra funds to cover it will have to be paid out of this pay. Oh well stop complaining. Just hate the way the bills just keep going up.

I could honestly say there are things I've done that are self inflicted @GezzaP so dont beat yourself up over it. Just keep going trying to quit smoking. Both my parents were cold hard chain smokers and they gave up in the end. But yes granted its a very difficult habit to break. Dont judge yourself but in place show self compassion and self tolerance. It requires a tremendous amount of willpower to give up smoking so go hour by hour until you've got mastery over it
