Glad your lunch and walk were nice @SmilingGecko . Wow 7.30 plumber that’s early. I couldn’t deal with such an early appt at the moment. Watched an episode of a series on iview this afternoon. Had only 2 smokes this afternoon so quite pleased with that. Puss went out for just 10 minutes and came straight back in. Been checking out rules for age pension. Trying to work out if I’ll get a part pension and hence a pension card. Cheap medications and all. Not eligible for some years but trying to work out eligibility. Think I’ll get some.

@SmilingGecko I hope your Tuesday has been a cruiser.
I am dealing with an attack of diverticulitis, trying to find a GP to get it treated.
The weather is nice though, 27 although I could handle it a few degrees less!

I bring my cat in at night but it can be hard to get her to come in sometimes @TAB . With an adopted feral harder to get to come in. If I go away I have to allow her out at night. She is used to her night time habit of sleeping on the bed though. But she has disappeared inside somewhere tonight. Ok don’t think about eating or smokes I’ll stop talking to you about it if you like.

@TAB I have to be careful with anti inflammatories as well, I have an NSAID type popular one I take but have to take it with food and. Like OTC pain killer that causes gut problems, I am on medication for GORD. Even using some of the creams can hive my reflux if I'm not careful. It sucks how our bodies disintegrate as we age!

@GezzaP glad that he is isolating, I hope you don't need him for anything major while he's off. Look after yourself xo

I need my helper to change a light bulb @ENKELI . I cant undo the light fitting and didn’t feel safe on the ladder. The joys of aging hey. I can survive without this for a while. A bit tricky at night as it’s in the loo but I manage. I get up to pee at least once in the night. Oh well.

@GezzaP oh I understand completely. I am up at least twice during the night now I am on diabetic medications. Usually I can navigate without lights on but it's good to have a light when needed.
Have you got a torch? I have one on my bedside table for Justin. Justin case!
