@GezzaP hello just back from my brisk walk. Vitality improving each day with Rife detox. Got plumber coming out tomorrow at 7:30am. Get the leaky pipe fixed. Luckily I get paid my DSP tomorrow plus I have savings but could have done without it though. A bit of a nuisance financially. Kale butter bean stew turned out nice. Blitzed the kale in food processor so the leaves taste better in stew.

my cat out all night and day lately . not sure about post-desexing , but if I went away for 3 days, sometimes wouldnt see it for another day or so at least @GezzaP not sure this one is a climber , but not many climable trees in my yard , either bushy or trunks like flagpoles, needs a gumtree I prefer routine re diet can only try ,its 12 weeks, got over 60 rate $90 but dont think its refundable like full rate is if you lose weight , plus I didnt do before pic.
