Sounds good @SmilingGecko
I'm not up to much. Just lodged my Fitness to Drive medical certificate and not planning on doing too much for the rest of the day 🙂

That's a shame @TAB
But you can only do what you can do 🙂

Late night again @TAB . I can’t do that. But will stay up next two weekends to watch Crows. They play tonight. My blood pressure 24 hour test was fine so dr has kept me on same meds. They’re going to test it again in August. Helper is here
so going out to lunch soon. Yay I get out of house twice today. Thunderstorm and heavy rain this morning here. Skipping physio naughty boy ha.

@GezzaP wow thats good! I think he may of thought in-office high BP might be due to "white coat" syndrome. If the 24hr BP was ok then thats all that matters really. I'm happy for you GezzaP! I've just made a curry for lunch, just waiting for it to cool down. Used up most of my leftover vegetables. You can throw anything in a curry. Tossed in mince, not quite a curry but it will do! Just waiting for my medicines to be delivered this afternoon.

Fitness to drive certificates @StuF Its lodged now so you can breathe easy. I dont like those little old grannies that peer over the wheel poking their tongue out and driving slowly on a busy road with a straw hat on. With my diabetes I have to be careful with eyesight and driving but looks like I may have reversed my diabetes for the time being. Hopefully it doesnt come back. Might be able to come off diabetes meds. Will discuss new bloodwork with GP but my blood sugar is within a healthy range post meal.

@SmilingGecko
Yeah the drive medical is annoying each year, but it ain't hard.
That's great about your diabetes.
Do you have an appointment with your GP?

Hope your day goes okay @StuF if the wrong Dr saw my records there would be questions re fitness to drive. It has been mentioned more than once I ran a mile.
Luckily high turnover with drs and psychs moving around plus no one reads records past recent stuff.
Back to bed here
