I think mine is menopausal too @SmilingGecko . I often leave the fan on and I open balcony door on my bedroom. It has been over 10 years since menopause but I still get hot flushes in the afternoon sometimes. Yes hoping appt solves my bp problem. We’ll see. Helper due at 9 or thereabouts.

I had a friend who used to sit in front of a fan when I visited her @GezzaP Menopause was very difficult for her. These hot flushes can really put a spanner in the works!!! I get them at night. I hope your doctor can facilitate something for you. I'm very keen to hear the outcome as I know you have been struggling for a while now with unresolved high BP issues.

Hello @StuF Got a reasonable nights rest. I have a medicine delivery today from local chemist. Was able to jump on rebounder for full 10 minutes without a break. Vitality improving every day. Still liver detoxing. Was told by a healer you have to detox your liver one day for every day you have been alive so thats 57 days for me. Still going lol! Havent checked blood sugar but no sign of neuropathy in feet which is good. I dont think my blood sugar has gone up it seems stable. Kitty cat is on the bed snoozing. Still reading my crazy book on manifestation secrets stolen from the 33rd order of Freemasonry. Its the info they dont want the public to have apparently lol! No other news just playing around with my tuning forks

Hi @SmilingGecko . Back from appt. Dr said the 24 hour monitor showed my bp was fine. Also 4 years ago I had tests that showed my heart was fine. So all positive and stay on same meds. He’s going to do another 24 hour test in August so I have to go back. He took my blood pressure 4 times it was high. But he doesn’t seem too bothered. See what happens in August I guess. Hope your day is ok. We have thunder and lightening and heavy showers here this morning.

Another late night here. Going to blow physio off. Am putting 'un' in unreliable
