Remembered I've got a phone appointment with my psychologist later.

The fitness to drive is a bit annoying, but my psychiatrist has no problems doing the form...so each year I get an "unconditional licence" on the (what happens in the real world) condition that I do the form each year! lol

@TAB damn! I hate those kinds of days. Hope something picks up for you this afternoon. I just got my meds home delivered. Enjoyed a yummy curry. It did not contain lemongrass but will put that in next time ❤️ It was one of the best curries I have ever made. Loving the medical medium way of life. Got to get out there and exercise. Its been a hotter day today not exactly walking weather

Yes I was really relieved about my blood pressure @SmilingGecko . And nothing wrong with heart either. Hoping the follow up in August is just as good. Curry sounds nice. Took helper out to lunch. You get a free cold drink with your lunch. Helper is cleaning again now. He cleaned my very dirty dining room table. See what other cleaning he does. My footy team plays at night again tonight so I’ll be up late again for me and they play at night next week too. Hope you have a good day.

@GezzaP yes its good news I was so happy for you. Maybe try and come off ciggs, that would stabilise your BP even more! I've just been clearing out my arteries hoping it may shift something for me. So your team is playing tonight, I'm not really into the footy but can follow along with comments here.

Tomorrow I have a delivery of wild blueberries that I use in my heavy metal detox smoothie. Its so lovely to drink. I dont know what it is about these Swedish wild blueberries but they taste better than Canadian ones. Wild blueberries are such a hardy plant that can survive all the ravages of nature and keep growing back again so the esoteric significance of the plant means you can come back from just about any misfortune life throws at you. Wild blueberries for that reason are often handed out as gifts to people.

My average blood pressure was 117 over 80 which is way better than what I have been getting when I measure it and way better than I get at the dr @SmilingGecko . Yes my team plays at night again. Think I might struggle to stay awake as I woke up early today. Helper has just left. I gave him access to my kayo streaming service so he can watch his team, hope it still works for me it looks like it will. I enjoyed getting out of the house today. It is nice to have a visitor too. Glad you are enjoying your wild blueberries. Have a good rest of the day.

Had to buy a new juice extractor as the celery scaling had built up on the old one. These Kmart extractors are really good. Mine have lasted for years. Its just a K-mart brand worth $60 but they last forever. Unfortunately I had to buy a new one. Oh well heres to a new juice extractor lol

Thats really good blood pressure @GezzaP you should be delighted with that reading. I'm glad you were able to get out of the house and have some company. I've been cleaning the kitchen this afternoon. Its been raining and windy weather here.
