Good Morning @TAB @StuF @GezzaP had a good nights sleep for what it was worth. GezzaP did your acupuncturist say to soak your feet in warm water before bed to stop you urinating at night? The kidney points are on the ball of your feet and by keeping these acupuncture points warm it can stop night time urination. Plus wearing socks at night to keep feet warm. I have stopped doing my black brew as the mulberries were causing me loose BM's lol oh well.

Morning @SmilingGecko @Meowmy @TAB @PeppyPatti @Glisten . No @SmilingGecko my acupuncturist was concentrating on my back not night time urination. I get too hot in bed to wear socks. Got my blood pressure appt today so up and showered. My helper is coming to take me. Which is good as will go out to lunch as well as getting out to appt.

@GezzaP I get internal heat. I think its a menopausal thing still. Was told by my GP that even though I had menopause 10 years ago it can come back. Acupuncturist said the same thing. I keep aircon on at night but think I'll get back into an ayuvedic practice again that stops heat. Good luck at doctor today. Hope they can come up with something for you! ❤️
