@GezzaP Yes I've found some tasty recipes using kale I was getting sick of the taste. Got to get more vegetables to cook the recipes so it will just be a skillet today. Just did some Taoist yoga I think I might make a pot of jiaogulan tea then have a rest then go for a walk later.

Too warm for walking here next couple of days. Only walking I’ll be doing is to bring bin in @SmilingGecko . Feeling a bit restless and bored today. I get like that when I’m in a bit of a down. I’ll work my way out of it. Enjoy your walk.

Oh would be a pity to chuck it out but if hasn’t thawed out is a bit suss @TAB . Still waiting for bin man to empty my bin. They’ve been coming later recently.

I’m aiming to shower, wash my hair and go to shop tomorrow @TAB . I’ve got some unopened parcels too. Hasn’t been for a year though. Will get around to opening them eventually. Puss is asleep on her arm chair.

oh just me throwing thoughts around @GezzaP its over 2kilos got for $10 lol it willbe fine if I give even a little thought to its preparation and cooking

• Shorter Oxford Dictionary(in a box in spare rm)
• gym gear almost never used
• guitars , same
• exercise bike same
• sit up/backexercise chair,still in box unopened
• blender in box unopened
• power towels in boxes bought for long forgotten projects
• car cover never used
• shade sail never set up
• curtains never hung

chook going to be tomorrow by looks @GezzaP no motivation ,short a few ingredients, plus still frozen , not in a hurry.

wasted day here @Meowmy up very late, then slept in, feel bit guilty for not going to physio well more rest for knee, ha

got dentist tomorrow morning ha ha ,knew it was coming up, but thats soon lol
