Just did yoga @GezzaP Have been doing my first immunity switch in the series - there was definitely something wrong with my hypothalamus after a traumatic hospital incident I had years ago. I'm now totally in rest and digest mode producing all kinds of feel-good hormones like growth hormones and oxytocin. Ive never felt so calm and relaxed. I'm so glad I signed up to the challenge. My body can go into repair state and have enhanced immunity as a result. This is my plan for the colder months.

Wow lots of stuff @TAB . I’ve got some unused stuff. It’s in a room under the place. I’m on a slope so have 3 rooms under unit. Don’t remember what’s in unopened parcels guess I should open them. Brought bin in as it had been emptied at last. Sun still got some bite in it out there. Retreated back inside now. Thought about having a cold drink but don’t really feel like it so passed on it. Might watch something on iview.

About to go for a walk now @GezzaP iView has lots of interesting stuff it should keep you occupied. What are you watching on iView? Am going to read my manifestation book later see what the author comes up with. I've read Esther-Abraham Hicks who wrote a book years ago "Ask and it is Given" with lots of easy to implement how-to practices to manifest your desires in life. I bought that book years ago and this one I have now was just published by someone who leaked Freemasonry secrets.

It’s 28 here @TAB . I’m slack with opening parcels. That’s late to start on cold drinks no wonder you slept late. I watched something on iview. Think it was a repeat though. Now put tv on. Puss still asleep on her arm chair. Got the house shut up so I’m in the dark. Got one roller shutter open a bit so not in total darkness.

Enjoy your walk @SmilingGecko . Watched an episode of death in paradise think it was a repeat though. Enjoy reading your book. I find it hard to concentrate to read these days. Don’t know how I made it through uni. but that was before I had my first episode of mania and psychosis. Got tv on now,

@GezzaP I think the internet tends to shorten attention span and concentration. MI doesnt help. I try to read but noticed attention deficits I had after using internet a lot. MI meds also cause brain shrinkage. Just back from walk. The oodie/onesie goes out on the line tomorrow. Lawnmower man Wednesday hopefully. I got to get around to watching the opera again. I had something bookmarked - got to go back to it again and watch, maybe over Easter

Yes @SmilingGecko . Mi meds really muck
you up. I’ve got some short stories in Spanish I want to read but concentrating is hard. I’m starting to fade like usual at this time of day. Puss is getting cuddly which is a bit warm.
