Learnt some more weights exercises today to strengthen my core. My arms are getting more defined allready after a month of following a 76 year old woman who looks 50 on you tube transform her body. Arms no longer looking flabby. The link below is from a magazine. I'm going to incorporate these into my routine. I guess I keep on going. Go me! YAY!

Yeah kale is yuk @GezzaP I dont particularly like it but I have been a bit slack with getting enough leafy greens in my diet. So here we go again. Might try another recipe to see if I can improve on taste somehow. lol Yes got showered. Just push yourself in there GezzaP when you feel up to it.

I feel for old folk in aged homes having to choose between showering or having a meal. The costing structure at these aged care facilities is doing this to the elderly that family have to step up. This country is going down the tube.

I haven’t worked out new finals rules yet either @TAB . Yeah I’d be surprised if port don’t struggle this year. Crows are doing ok so far got within 8 points at Geelong with a lot of players missing. I just had lunch had a hot cross bun afterwards. Really should get in shower, wash hair and go to shop tomorrow. Managed to water garden this morning so with cooking lunch two chores done.

was trying to thaw some chicken marylands @SmilingGecko @GezzaP thought just throw them in roasting pan. ws still frozen solid after like 10hrs in fridge ha ha

going to be careful how I defrost it as was close to useby date , hence freezing it in first place.

My helper sowed some lettuce seeds so I’ll have that as leafy greens @SmilingGecko . I really can’t stand kale it’s just too yuck and the texture is awful. Maybe do a google search for other recipes. If I get up early tomorrow I’ll get in the shower and go to shop. Still waiting for my bin to be emptied. The bin man used to come early but they are coming later now.

@TAB Geez weird didn’t thaw after that long on the fridge and uncooked chicken can be risky. I would zap it in the microwave before cooking it but not sure about chicken. Don’t like it much so rarely eat. I had a snag and stir fry veggies. Helper sowed some veggies so will have those eventually.

yes , shower a good idea. not quite yet. @GezzaP cat has disappeared, came in early am and left in disgust after not being fed. I went straight back to sleep

yeah first I knew of new finals was looking at ladder recently. seemed to make sense. forgotten how it works now.

oh, I got my new vacuum cleaner out of box yesterday. its been under kitchen table unopened for around a year now. used it to suck lint out of back of laptop lol. fan doesnt seemto run as often now, so perhaps it got some gunk

yeah , dunno , bought on a whim, would be almost as happy throwing it in the bin re chicken
