Hello @TAB hope your day has panned out well today. I am listening to some news then will go for a walk. Its not 30 degrees today. Inclement milder weather - good for walking. Still hovering around the same mark on the scales. Its just been too hot to get out there, but today I'm back at it again

yes , same here, there is a name for it, cannot remember.ok my L foot officially got edema. used to come and go, now it wont go @GezzaP

Oh yeah should have known that @TAB . I had it in my calves as a reaction to a blood pressure med. Had a mob of medical students prodding me in the hospital when
I was admitted for dangerously low salt levels. Didn’t manage to snooze here.
