I cant drink alcohol in cooking anymore due to diabetes @GezzaP but I'm happy with omitting it. The BudgetBytes recipes really stretch your budget further. Easy to make and lovely to eat. I dont follow a lot of them just adapt to my dietary requirements. Its a lovely site isnt it? I had an online friend who had a wartime recipes book on our budgeting group. I think theres online wartime recipes so you dont have to buy a book, just google. They experienced a resurgence during the pandemic.

Yes I have discolouration on my lower legs @TAB . My GP says it’s pigmentation and didn’t seem worried. I don’t know. At least I’m finally getting an appt about a mystery rash on my chest at Noarlunga.
