Yeah I can relate re health @TAB . I used to walk a long way every morning, but now I struggle and I’m lazy. Just had a little to eat. Fed cat she didn’t eat much as per usual. She usually eats it all overnight. Just shut window as was getting cold. Left bedroom open as I like to sleep in a cold room - spoken like a true post menopausal woman. Oh well waiting for kayo coverage of footy pregame blah blah starts at 6pm.

Hello @GezzaP @TAB just got back from walk after being rained on lol Got changed into some dry clothes. Might go and have a shower later. This liver detox has really boosted my energy. No recovery time after walk. I guess I keep liver detoxing. Listened to a nice podcast this afternoon. Thats all for today. Made a nice American Goulash for lunch. Not enough hours in one day to do the things I need to do. Kitty cat is hiding in her special jumbled furniture place. @TAB I hope the doctor can come up with something with your feet - we are in a new moon in pisces lunation and pisces rules feet. You may be in for a stroke of good luck as its a good time to attend to all foot related matters. Please consider followup with your GP!

Glad to hear you are doing so well with your detox @SmilingGecko . Pity you got rained on. You’re in Victoria right? I hear it has been raining all day in Melbourne. I had one morning shower here in Adelaide. @TAB North of here had some rain overnight if I remember rightly. Waiting for footy to start. Puss has gone outside. It is cold here had to shut lounge room. Left bedroom open as I like to sleep in a cold room.

@GezzaP yes its been raining all day in Melbourne. Did have some dry patches but went outside at the wrong time. Should have checked weather on my phone it usually shows when the rain starts and stops. Yes its cold here too. We just had the equinox last week and we officially are in autumn. My onesie is going to be put to good use. Its a mega fleecy thing that will keep me warm. Its kind of polar fleece - bulky, fluffy and very snug and warm. Saw an online friend wearing one and bought mine last summer at 80% off. Yes very inclement weather out there - rainy cold. Possibly better than all the heat we've had over summer. Its certainly harder to cool down compared to warming yourself up! Enjoy the footy tonight. Youre going to have a few late nights I gather

Yes @SmilingGecko . Easier to deal
with cold than heat. I’ve got an oodie. I have left bedroom open as I like to sleep in a cold bedroom - spoken like a post-menopausal woman. Yes more late nights for my footy team this season unfortunately. Have a good evening.
