Just keep tyres pumped up to a good level and dont speed @GezzaP as it will use up more petrol. My old car used to have the amount the tyres need to be pumped up to inside the car door on a label. I'm glad to hear youre having a good day. Just listening to some podcasts and reading the newspaper via AI. Still havent got the links to the 70 day face yoga challenge. May go and have a shower. Its so overcast here today. Just a dreary day. Cat liked being out in summer under the summer sun but now prefers being indoors in cooler weather. Looks like its spitting a bit out there. Yes tyres pumped up and I never speed @SmilingGecko . My puss is inside today too asleep on her arm chair. It is clearing up here. We had a brief shower a couple of hours ago. Quite cool got house opened up. Got a jumper on but with shorts. Hoping to get in shower and go to shop tomorrow. Starting to think about lunch. Enjoy your lunch and have a good rest of the day.

Yes thought of train to Noarlunga but it’s a bit of a walk from station to hospital @TAB . Have asked my helper to take me he said he would. Will do my car good to have a longer drive. Starting to think about lunch. Nothing special snags and stir fry veggies.

Will go to lunch after Noarlunga probably especially if my helper takes me @TAB . I generally take him to lunch when he comes. He is poorer than me and I like the company to break up the boredom. Not expecting Crows to win tonight. They’ve got several players out tonight.
