Just putting through a load of washing @StuF - some blankets for winter and some clothes on my laundry floor. Dont want to go for a walk. But now is a good a time as ever. The AI news is somewhat truncated. Will be looking forward to getting my new library card so I can read proper news now that school holidays are over and library services have started. Had to do something about not having access to news while library services were down over the break. OK walk now, feeling lousy but will get out there anyway

@GezzaP just lugging around a tired body! May go and crash somewhere. Got sweet potato in oven for sweet potato pizza for lunch. Need to listen to something called "Mots-c" morphic frequencies off Sapien Medicine's, Odysee channel for mitochondrial growth so I have enough energy to walk. Anyway it was warm out there but with a cool breeze. Got blankets and clothing in washing machine. A good day for drying heavy articles
